- High-resistance steel Hardox 450, 500 and its equivalents of Quard mark. Ensures wear resistance and increases the load capacity due to the reduced weight of the structure
- Hydraulic cylinders are hidden. It almost excludes damage of the most responsible units when working in adverse conditions and makes the hydraulic cylinders easy to access and repair
- High level of unification of the accessories with the grab buckets of the world's leading brands ensures the availability of spare parts
- Universal attachment to the handler. The design is completely compatible with the handlers of the most popular grades and easy to aggregate with other machines
- Basic full turn rotator. The hydraulic drive of the rotator is protected from hydraulic hits and pressure surges higher than 80 bar
Model range
Оrange peel grapple DIMET of different designs are widely used as grip and transfer mechanisms for bulk, long and high-capacity cargo, and cargo of irregular configuration.
Our company mass produces four and five jaw orange peel grapples with load capacity up to 12 tons with grip volume from 0.5 to 0.8 m³. At the customer's request, we can produce grapple with grip from 0.4 to 0.8 m³
Оrange peel grapple DIMET DS require connection to the hydraulic system with operational pressure not exceeding 300 bars. The design of the attachment unit and main elements provides maximum compatibility with modern scrap handlers from the world's leading manufacturers. It is also possible to install orange peel grapple on excavators and other hydraulically driven equipment
