Description
A special DIMET IMGS series of electropermanent (pulsed) magnets for handling sheet steel one piece at a time. Due to the low depth of the magnetic field, the mass of the equipment is reduced, saving costs in the process in this way. The use of electropermanent magnets provides a high level of safety while handling the loads, because the magnetic field of these magnets is not dependent on sources of electrical energy supply.

No power is consumed when the magnet is on because the coil only needs to be energized to turn the magnet on and off.
